How do I schedule an appointment?
Texting is my preferred form of communication, particularly after we've established your initial appointment; with your name, scheduling needs and a brief overview of your wellness goals. However, if you'd like to provide more detailed information regarding your particularly needs, email is a welcomed option or lastly phone message.

Do you accept insurance?
Not at this time. As of now, I am happy to provide receipts for you to submit to your Insurance Provider.
What form of payments do you take?
I accept cash, check, and Venmo payments at this time.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, I do! For both Manual and Movement therapies of Bodywork and Private YogaTherapy sessions.
I’m a first time client. Is there a Medical Release Form I need to fill out?
Please print out the "Client Intake Form" found under the FORMS tab on the HOME PAGE and complete. You can send a picture via text, email me the completed copy or bring with you to your first appointment. Download the Form here.
